end of workday wind down

I wonder how people wind down after the traditional work day. Hmmmmmm. Especially mammas whose job doesn't really end until the kids are tucked in bed. Well here is my list.

5 WAYS I WIND DOWN
1- bubble bath. Today using Victorias Secret Endless Love bubbles
2- eat a bowl of cereal. Today I am eating a childhood fave/Lucky Charms
3- read a section of a book or magazine. Today I'm reading a section from Gretchen Rubin's "The Happiness Project"
4- I let my hair down-literally. It's normally pulled back in a bun so letting it down releases tension.
5- I think of one good idea to replace a bad thought. Today my bad thought was a complaint that it takes me so long to get home. The good idea I put in place of that thought is to start a new blog to share my experiences as an early childhood educator!
