Today she had fine shreds of cheese for the first time and liked the taste (unlike mommie).
Cassie's new fave thing to do is put blankets or clothing on her head and even sometimes over her face. It scares me so badly but for whatever reason she gets a kick out of it.

Another upset that caught me off gaurd is this sweater makes me look like a whale and I thought it was very flattering (until I saw the pic). However, this is me in my classroom. The mittens turned out so darn cute!

It's Christmas already in the Matthews home. I got my first gift from hubby-2-b, a new palm pre phone. It is so super advanced and Im not the most tech-savvy woman so it's a real challenge. I love my computerized post it notes with corkboard and the camera's quality is fab-o.

I've got a thing for "tiny" lately. I juliened the green peppers and even sliced the cherry tomatoes...yes I said cherry tomatoes.

Okayyyy, another upset. I accidentally purchased the Welch's FIBER grape juice. I just wanted regular.
I made a buffalo chicken salad for dinner. Delightful! I even made up my own sauce using the world's tinniest whisk.

On my lunch hour I put up Cassie's pink Christmas tree. The theme for her 1st Christmas decor is "Perfectly Pink Christmas" She really enjoyed her tree and had a great sensory experience touching the bristles and looking at the lights. She even found the fur for her wrapping scheme.

I got so much done today. I packed up clothes for donation, cleaned the living room very well, sent in my text for my flyers (more on that later), and finished next week's and part of the following week's lesson plans. Plus I prayed without ceasing.
Im looking forward to Adrian (hubby-2-b) getting home. I want to cuddle and eat ice cream together as we wind down from our busy day.
Until next time,
Adios
